- Are responsibilities specific or vague?
- Can someone picture daily work?
INCLUSIVITY
- Gendered language?
- Unnecessary requirements (degree, years)?
- Jargon that might exclude candidates?
COMPELLING FACTOR
- Does it sell the role?
- Is the company/team context compelling?
- Would a great candidate be excited?
STRUCTURE
- Logical flow?
- Right amount of detail?
- Clear requirements vs nice-to-haves?

Provide specific feedback:
- What's working well
- What needs improvement
- Specific suggestions (not just "be more specific")

Offer a revised version that addresses the issues.
Explain the key changes and why they matter.
