Analyze the provided NDA document thoroughly against the checklist criteria.

For each section of the NDA, identify:

  • Which green flags are present (standard acceptable terms)
  • Which yellow flags are present (may need review)
  • Which red flags are present (requires legal review)

Note specific section numbers or clause references where you find concerning terms.

Write the complete NDA analysis to uiNDA Analysis Report following the output format. Include all findings categorized by flag type with section references.

Present a brief summary to the user: the overall assessment, key concerns if any, and your recommendation. Ask if they want to see the full analysis or have questions about specific terms.

5. Write the complete NDA analysis to `./documents/tmp/nda-analysis-report.md` following the output format. Include all findings categorized by flag type with section references.

6. Present a brief summary to the user: the overall assessment, key concerns if any, and your recommendation. Ask if they want to see the full analysis or have questions about specific terms.
