Present findings: risk factors from research, evidence-based warning signs,
prevention strategies with sources, manager-specific actions, and 3-part
action plan for their context with measurement approach.

- Help design check-in process or prepare conversation guides
- Draft a tracking template for recommended metrics

4. [Gather Requirements for Research Topic] The next step has the following requirements: "Topic to research. Optional: specific angle (latest developments, key players, how it works, market size).". Search the user's data for this information or ask them directly if needed. Do not proceed until you have this information.
5. [Execute Research Topic Task]: Spawn a subagent and provide it with the requirements gathered above and instructions to read `./skills/sauna/[skill_id]/references/recipes/research.exa.topic.md` for its task list
