4. [Gather Requirements for Research Topic] The next step has the following requirements: "Topic to research. Optional: specific angle (latest developments, key players, how it works, market size).". Search the user's data for this information or ask them directly if needed. Do not proceed until you have this information.

5. [Execute Research Topic Task]: Spawn a subagent and provide it with the requirements gathered above and instructions to read `./skills/sauna/[skill_id]/references/recipes/research.exa.topic.md` for its task list

6. Present comparison: 3 company examples with initiatives and metrics, comparison
table by dimension, common KPIs used, team-level practices, and specific
recommendations for their context with sources.
