findings by theme (trust, burnout, productivity), applicability assessment for
their context, and all sources cited.

Offer next steps:
- Research specific aspects deeper or create implementation plan
- Draft a tracking template for recommended metrics

4. [Gather Requirements for Research Topic] The next step has the following requirements: "Topic to research. Optional: specific angle (latest developments, key players, how it works, market size).". Search the user's data for this information or ask them directly if needed. Do not proceed until you have this information.
5. [Execute Research Topic Task]: Spawn a subagent and provide it with the requirements gathered above and instructions to read `./skills/sauna/[skill_id]/references/recipes/research.exa.topic.md` for its task list
