Requirements
Business context, company objectives, team focus areas, recent performance
1
Ask the user for goal-setting context:
- What quarter/period is this for?
- What are the company or department objectives to align with?
- What's your team's primary focus? (growth, efficiency, quality, innovation)
- Recent performance—what went well, what needs improvement?
- Any specific initiatives or projects to include?
- How many objectives do you typically have? (Recommend 2-4)

4
Draft 2-4 OKRs following the guide format. For each objective: inspiring statement,
3 measurable key results with baselines and targets, and key initiatives. Include
dependencies, risks, and tracking cadence. Ensure objectives are ambitious but
achievable (70% confidence).
5
Present the goals and offer:
- "Want me to adjust ambition level on any KRs?"
- "Should I help draft the communication to your team?"
- "Need a mid-quarter check-in template?"
