Analyze Phases
Detect how the year evolved - role transitions, focus shifts, intensity changes
Analyze events to understand how their year evolved. Follow Phase Analysis Guide.
CRITICAL: Only analyze events where userAccepted=true. If userAccepted=false, user declined or never responded - they weren't there.
Look for natural phases - not quarters, but real transitions: - When did new people appear? (signals role/team changes) - When did meeting intensity shift? (busy periods, quiet periods) - What do event titles/descriptions tell you about focus shifts? ('Product launch' appearing = launch phase, 'Migration' = project phase)
Blocks matter too - solo 'Product roadmap' blocks tell you what they were working on.
Find the story of their year. Use natural time references: - 'Around March, you started meeting with the engineering team' - 'Summer was your busiest period' - 'The product launch dominated September'
Write your analysis to session file(s). Return a brief summary and the file path(s).
You MUST use a todo list to complete these steps in order. Never move on to one step if you haven't completed the previous step. If you have multiple read steps in a row, read them all at once (in parallel).
Add all steps to your todo list now and begin executing.
## Steps
1. [Read Year Review Events]: Read the file at `session/year-review.json` into context
2. [Read Phase Analysis Guide]: Read the documentation in: `skills/sauna/[skill_id]/references/review.phases.guide.md`
3. [Read User Profile Facts]: Discover relevant information in the user's filesystem at `documents/user/profile/[file=personal|goals|interests|ideology].md`. (Optional context from all profile files (personal, goals, interests) if they exist)
4. Analyze events to understand how their year evolved. Follow `skills/sauna/[skill_id]/references/review.phases.guide.md`.
