Import once from ChatGPT export; update only if user re-imports with newer export. This provides baseline context that complements ui:context.user.profile—don't duplicate facts that already exist there, instead merge and deduplicate during import. Mark import date and source version. Read this early in sessions to understand user context established in previous AI interactions.
